Our company does all our shipping via FedEx. When the UPS guy came to make a delivery one day he asked if we ever thought of going with UPS instead. I said I was willing to see if they could save us any money. Big mistake. I have now sat through:
One 20 minute introductory meeting with Slimy Sales Guy #1 so he could get an idea of our needs
One 40 minute meeting with Slimy Sales Guy #1 so he could go over the numbers he calculated based on the info. from the previous meeting
One 40 minute meeting with Slimy Sales Guy #2 and Slimy Sales Girl who had to come in because Slimy Sales Guy #1 got promoted meaning I had to rehash all the info. from the first and second meeting and STILL not get the info I need so my boss can make a decision.
I know, I know, it's my fault for saying I was willing to hear the sales pitch, but I agreed to only one, not three and still counting.
