Sleep deprived
Mar. 18th, 2002 08:00 amWhy does lack of sleep always sneak up on you the day after the morning you woke up from little sleep? Saturday night my friends and I had a little party to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. It got started a little late so went on into the wee small hours of the morning. I finally crashed around 4:30/5. Unfortunately it was on a very uncomfortable couch so I tossed and turned 'til about 7 and gave up and decided to read instead. Took a two hour nap on Sunday, but all things considered was quite awake. Today, however, is a different story.
My response time is about 10 to 15 seconds longer than it should be. This will make having the new girl here extra-especially fun. Hopefully Kathy can make it in to train her instead of me. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I would, but my tired fingers are having enough trouble typing without adding that little handicap.
