If it were me...
Mar. 15th, 2002 10:18 amI think that if this were my life I would run away from home. This should make anybody who reads this feel a little better about anything going on in their life, a nice timeline of the past few months for my coworker
Early December - Close family friend get in horrible car accident, is comatose for weeks and is now completely blind and very brain damaged
Mid December - Another close family friend flips his car into a irrigation ditch where the car explodes and he dies
Early January - Daughter has to have her wisdom teeth out (I know, not a tragic thing but financially it adds up)
Mid January - Same daughter kneels down to do something and her ACL(knee) gives out
Early Febraury - Surgery for her daughter's knee
Early March - A pipe bursts in their attic while everybody is out so in the course of two hours 5,000 gallons of water rush from the attic to the second floor to the first floor, demolishing everything in it's path. Now 2/3 of the house has been stripped down to the studs due to all the damaged drywall etc...Basically their homeless for the next 3-4 months as the house gets rebuilt.
I don't know about you, but I think I like my life.
