taerowynI do believe my days of Cowboy Mouth fandom are rapidly coming to an end. I was a little upset when Rob (the bassist) left, but the albums after were still fun...little more rock than before, but still the energy and vibe that I know and enjoy.
The latest album? Well...it had a few that I really, really liked, a lot of meh, and one or two I can't stand.
The latest concert? Just wasn't the same. Too much from the above album and just...I don't know, less of the vibe.
The latest news? Now Paul, another of the long-time members (and my fav) is leaving becasue "Da' Mouth has a new manager and a new direction." ding ding ding ding ding ding say the little alarm bells in my head. Especially as this "new direction" means "My wife Shelly and I don't fit in to their plans."
Seeing as most of my favs are Paul's songs...well, methinks I'm done. I'll probably check out the singles from whatever new album somes up, just to be sure, but I'm betting my days of seeing them every chance I get have come to an end. *sigh*
