taerowyn. My aunt had mentioned keeping a headache journal to find out if there's any discernable pattern to my migraines...think I'm going to give it a go. Thankfully, there's good OTC medicine that actually works for me (unlike my uncle, who apparently has to get shots...eep!), so now I'm feeling about 80% ok...still a little woozy.
