Guilt trip

taerowynNew Roommate was out late tonight. I'd had some friends over for a movie night, which made New Roommate's cat, Libby, really skittish (she's not the biggest fan of strangers). After everyone left, Libby came in to my room and was hanging out, very friendly and in need of reassurance.
I paid attention to her for awhile, but then my allergies started to act up so I took some medicine and then shooed her out of the room. She really didn't want to go, but I wanted to give my allergies a bit of a break. (And before anybody says anything about New Roommate having a cat when I'm allergic a) I agreed to it and b) I have had a cat back in CO for over ten years now so I'm actually quite happy with the situation)
Anyway, I just left my room for the first time since shooing her out and there's a little toy mouse right by my door. She must have come by to play and/or brought me a present. Talk about feeling guilty for chasing her out when she wanted company that bad.
