taerowynWell, here's your last chance to guess on my movie quotes quiz type thing,
1. "She's heading an expedition to China shortly. I'm to go as her servant. But only on the understanding that I am to be very badly treated."
Nobody got that this was Hugh Grant in Sense and Sensibility.
2. "Too many guys think I'm a concept or I complete them or I'm going to make them alive, but I'm just a fucked up girl who is looking for my own peace of mind. Don't assign me yours."

Nobody got this (and it makes me quite sad) cause it's Janeane Garofalo in The Matchmaker...everybody who failed to guess this needs to go out and rent the movie. It's Irish accents and Garofalo sarcasm, a winning combination.

Nobody got that this was Cloris Leechman in Spanglish. An OK movie, but I loved this line.
8. "Now, the most important thing is, we have to work as a team, which means: you do everything I tell you."
skunk237 got this after being told the actor -Mel Gibson in Chicken Run. I never said that you see Mel Gibson say it
9. "Death is a primitive concept; I prefer to think of them as battling evil - in another dimension!"
schwa242 easily guessed this childhood staple -The Last Starfighter, I have to look up the actor's name....Dan O'Herlihy
10. "Once again you've put your keen and penetrating mind to the task and as usual come to the wrong conclusion."
tess1499 got it knowing that what actor was doing the talking -Gary Oldman in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
11. "General, you are listening to a machine. Do the world a favor and don't act like one."
flummox figured out that it was War Games. Looking up the actor's name again... it's John Woods.
12. "Would you do it with someone whose last name is the worst day of the week?"
