Dec. 18th, 2002 10:18 amI get to sleep in tomorrow!! Of course, the trade-off is I get to be stuck by a needle tomorrow. I hate needles. Really, really, really hate needles.
I need to get out of CO. It seems that since I got back I've been stuck by needles every six months or so. It's getting a little bit ridiculous.
The good news is that the doctor is pretty sure I have hypothyroidism. 'Cause finding out your sick is good, right? Kidding, I just figure it's good because it means I just take pills and voila, problem gone. The bloodwork tomorrow will determine if it's true or not. I should know by next week.

Date: 2002-12-18 08:48 pm (UTC)OK, truthfully, I haven't passed out in about ten years, but it's always an option. When I was very little they had trouble finding a vein and I got stuck int the arm so many times that I passed out. (Of course, once they moved on to the other arm, they found a vein on the first try. Idiots!) Ever since then I just automatically get very light-headed. It's all about the classical conditioning.
