Ohmigod I love me.

So, Trader Joe's has this frozen gnocchi w/ Gorgonzola (little frozen gnocchi, with disks of frozen cheese so that when you fry it for about 7 minutes you get gnocchi w/ cheese sauce). So I bought some... I set it to cook and while it was cooking, I cut up some green onions and put it in. Then cut up some baby roma tomatoes and put them in for the last minute. Then I poured the whole cheesy, tomatoey, oniony, gnocchi-y yum over a bed of baby spinach and Mmmmmmmmmmm.

New favorite fast dinner.

We'll pretend it's healthy (hey, there's lots of vegetables!)

I'm telling you....if you have access to Trader Joe's get some...delicious cheesy goodness in less than 10 minutes.

We still have no Trader Joe's and it eats me up inside. Rumor is it's because of the liquor laws that prevents grocery stores from carrying alcohol above 3.2 beer, so no Two Buck Chuck (or whatever it's called). There is one in Albequerque, but it's not worth the road trip, no matter how good your meal sounds.
