So, in the last ten minutes I:
- Bought tickets to see Joss Whedon receive a Lifetime Achievement Award in Cultural Humanism from Harvard Secular Society & Harvard Humanist Chaplaincy. Hey, I like humanism and I like Joss Whedon so I can spend $15 on that.
- Bought tickets to see Paula Poundstone. Have started a tradition of seeing a comedian on/near my birthday. Two years ago was Steven Wright, last year was Craig Ferguson, saw that Paula Poundstone would be in town this October, so had to go with it
- Confirmed that I have PAID OFF MY CREDIT CARD!!!! Ahem...bit of a stealth item there considering the previous "bought shit" items, but yes, it's true, no more credit card debt for me....just, you know, massive amounts of education debt, but that's the "good" debt, so having to live with that is OK. Which it had better be, seeing as it will be with me for the next frickin' decade.
