taerowynGuess what I got for my birthday? Somebody has more faith in the greenness of my thumbs than I do...
I'm going to try my darndest to keep it alive. I read up on the whole water of rocks thing for evaporation/humidity. I've got it in a nice window that doesn't get direct sunlight and it's right over a heat register so I hope it will be warm enough...
Kinda hard to get warm spots in my apartment in the winter. At least I finally took the AC out of my window this weekend. In true Boston (and my procrastinating) fashion, next week I should probably start shrink-wrapping the windows. Yech...hate doing that.
Oh...and the camera was a birthday present too, so be prepared for a lot of pic spam in the months ahead...
