AHHHHHHHHHHHH....Color me so very content. Just got back from a Cowboy Mouth concert. The experience really is indescribable. I mean, the Cds are good, as it is good music (funny how that works) but they in no way relay what a concert is like. It's almost a religious experience. No matter what you go in there feeling like, if your dad had been to the hospital recently, your favorite coworker fired, your boss discussing further cutbacks and layoffs, what-have-you, you can go into a Cowboy Mouth concert and come out content and glad to be alive. I just feel so purged and at peace. It's amazing that a rock concert can do that, but they're an amazing kind of band. Rumor has it that they will be back in Denver in May. I invite all my fellow LJers who are in the area to join me there and see if I am not telling the truth. Either way, you'll have a good time.

Cowboy Mouth never stops amazing me with their concerts and the energy put into them. Glad to hear that the people you went with this time enjoyed it a little more than the group at your 1st Cowboy Mouth experience. We should meet for a concert up in New York the next time they have one and take a trip out to LI.
