Leaving this morning affected me more than I thought it would. My parents have sold the house they've lived in for the past twenty years, and will be in the new place by Christmas. So when I was leaving this morning it hit me that I was leaving. Suprised both my mom and myself by getting a little teary eyed.
The trip was ok. Long, but ok. Got home and immediately went grocery shopping so I would actually have food for when![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
eeyorekdm gets here. She's on her way as I type. Should be here in an hour or so, if driving goes well. I'm looking forward to her visit, but I'm going to be so exhausted on my first day of work. Totally worth it though. Can't wait to see her.
