Four and a half hours until Spring Break! A week in which I have to:

*Write an op-ed dealing with the environment and public health
*Write a 1200 word business article
*Complete a ten essay-question midterm
*Research and write two story pitches for an explainer piece
*Research and write three story pieces for a policy piece
*Do my taxes
*File for financial aid
*Find a summer internship
*Research what's new and happening in the field of air pollution
*Study the income statements of a MA business
*Read over 200 pages for various classes

What is this "vacation" word you speak of. Break? What break?

Yeah, I heard a bunch of Aero grad students talking about road trips and whatnot, and I thought, damn, I shoulda joined that department! Slack bastards.

PhD qualifiers right after spring break. Break what? Feh.

hey, can you help me customize my lj? I have colors and stuff, but I don't know how to do more extensive things. Like my comment bar just says "comment" and then "_ comments" How can I change it to say something different?

Oh goodness, I am so not the person to ask this...I just found it by surfing through LJ's style guide stuff, um here (http://www.livejournal.com/developer/styles.bml). It was pure luck that I was able to accomplish anything so I really can't walk you through it. Hope the link helps though...good luck
