Jan. 27th, 2003 07:53 amWent and saw Paula Poundstone over the weekend. Highly entertaining, as always. She came out with a ball and chain; nice to see she can poke fun at her troubles, but then I guess that's what most stand-up comics do. Her troubles were just a bit larger than normal.
My favorite was her discussion of being an theist in AA.
Well, roughly paraphrased anyway. Her's was, of course, much better. Hmmmm...maybe if I get bored one weekend...

Now, I know that my being an atheist may offend some people, but you don't have to worry, I'm not mandated to convert you. You believe what you believe and I believe what I believe and it's good. It's not like I'm going to show up on your doorstep, "Have you heard? There is no Word. I have this nice blank book if you get the chance to look through it..."
